We want you to love what you buy at Elevate Boutique! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange or return.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box.
- We are happy to exchange an item, as long as it is in stock. Please email us at info@theelevateboutique.com to request an exchange.
Non- Returnable Items
- Sale & Clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable.
- Personalized items, bodysuits, candles, jewelry & hair accessories.
Damaged/Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving at info@theelevateboutique.com.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at info@theelevateboutique.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Store Refunds
- Credits or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item(s).
- Full refunds will be issued upon inspection of the item.
Condition of Returned Items
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified conditions outlined above.
